Check-out: 11:00 am

Let us know if you need to either check-in earlier or check-out later, we will try to accommodate your needs.


Breakfast hours: 8:00 – 9:30 am

We serve a menu-driven breakfast. Our guests love our homemade Blueberry Pancakes, Pecan Waffles, Omelets, homemade Granola, Oatmeal made from oat grouts.

Deposits and Confirmation

We take a one night’s deposit upon receipt of your reservation either via on-line or telephone. We will send you a confirmation, preferably by an email or by the postal service.

Cancellation Policy: The deposit is refundable (less $25 service fee) up to 14 days prior to your stay.

Minimum Stay

For the summer months (June-September), we require a 2-night minimum on weekends. This also pertains to special events like weddings, graduation, homecoming, etc.

If the online reservation program does not allow you to make a reservation because of the minimum, please give us a call, since we may have availability that is not shown to the online program.

Extra Person

All rooms are double occupancy, but most have sofa beds and can accommodate a third person for an additional 50.00.

Pet Friendly

We are dog friendly and so is the town! We do not, however, allow unattended dogs to stay in rooms. Our dog fee is $35.00 per night per pet for your stay.

Non-smoking Hotel

The Manor Inn is a non-smoking hotel—inside the rooms as well as in the public areas.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us, and we will not disclose the name of any of our guests. Please have visitors call or text you to come down to the lobby.
