Breakfast
Breakfast hours: 8:00 - 10:00 am
We serve a menu driven breakfast.
Our guests love our homemade Blueberry Pancakes, Pecan Waffles, Omelets, homemade Granola, Oatmeal made from oat grouts.

Deposits and Confirmation
We take a one night’s deposit upon receipt of your reservation either via on-line or telephone. We will send you a confirmation, preferably by an email or by the postal service.
Cancellation Policy: The deposit is refundable (less $25 service fee) up to 14 days prior to your stay.
Minimum Stay
For the summer months (July-August-September), we require a 2 night minimum on weekends. This also pertains to special events, like weddings, graduation, homecoming, etc.
If the on-line reservation program does not allow you to make a reservation because of the minimum, please give us a call, since we may have availability that is not shown to the on-line program.
Extra Person
All rooms are double occupancy. A charge of $20 is applied to and extra guest(s). If a rollaway is needed, a charge of $25 is applied. Many rooms have sofa beds, which will accommodate an extra person.
Small children (11 and under) are not charged as an extra person.
Pet Friendly
We are pet friendly and so is the town! We do not, however, allow unattended pets to stay in rooms. Our pet fee is $25 per pet for your stay.
Non Smoking Hotel
The hotel is a non smoking hotel—inside the rooms and well as in the public areas.
